Absolutely Recommend – Genuine, Professional, and Reliable My partner and I were stuffed over by a builder who went bankrupt, taking half our money and leaving us with a half-finished renovation. The work that was done was so poor it had to be ripped out completely. I contacted Scott for a quote to remove our floors so I could retile them myself. He was at our place the very next day. I explained our situation and that funds were tight because of what the builder had done to us. Scott genuinely listened, and instead of taking advantage of our situation, he offered me practical options to save money — even pointing out things I could do myself to reduce the cost. They’d even taken the time to put up plastic sheeting over all the doorways and seal off the kitchen, so there was barely any dust through the house. I had superior flooring out to our place to remove all the remaining grout and glue from a recent tile removal project. Scott was quick to reply to all my queries prior to undertaking the works. He was very professional in his approach to the works, and nothing was an issue. He was on time, and quick at his work. Making the grinding look easy, which I know it isnt. Would we use Superior concrete flooring again, absolutely. Would we recommend him to anyone requiring similar works, for sure.
