John is a true pro. It has been several months from first contact to actually locking to job in, and John was super patient and helpful the whole time. He provided great advice as to what we should do with our area and did an amazing job.

John and his team were professionals. I had a particularly difficult, un-level (up to 115mm at parts) and over 3 different sub floors and control joints. Johns team discussed what they were going to do, worked around the builder and schedule and did a great job, thank you.

Just had John and Jason over today to level my bedrooms after my DIY job had gone wrong. Not only were they knowledgeable in the product but also very approachable and understanding. Explained to me every step along the way to help me make the right decisions. They did a top notch work. Now we can finally continue with our home renovations. I highly recommend them.

We live in on the 7th floor of a multistory apartment building and had decided to replace our carpets and tiles with an engineered timber floor throughout the apartment. Once we stripped out the existing flooring we found that the slab was substantially not level and had been subject to significant slump (up to 80mm in the lounge room and 25mm across the passage). The task of levelling the floor to meet the tight requirements of the engineered timber flooring was compounded by the fact that all the rooms had sliding doors opening out onto balconies (which constrained using just a single datum) and that the engineers would not sign off on adding 5.5 tons of leveling material to the lounge/dining room area. We were also working to a very tight timeline as the building elevator was scheduled for a major refit and was planned to be out of commission for 3 weeks right after our scheduled completion date. John and his team were amazing. Not only did they find a lightweight solution for the lounge/dining room and meet their timeline, but they also managed to get the floors level (to meet the tight specification demanded by the engineered timber flooring) and match the sliding door levels to the balconies. John and his team were very professional and efficient from the time I called them. Organised the job within a few days. The job was done very professionally with no fuss. Great communication throughout and we are very happy with the finished product, being - a level floor with new vinyl flooring laid. Room looks great.
