Great job from Trevor and Caio of Goodhams doing a full house removal of existing flooring, leveling and installation of our Luxfeel flooring. Trevor gave me great confidence in a quality job. He communicated all requirements, any issues and provided a level of confidence I hadn’t experienced from other installers. I recommend Goodhams Timber finishing highly and would have no issues working with the business again.

Goodhams was recommended by my neighbour who recently had his floors sanded/polished. Trevor and Mitchel worked very hard to sand back our floors which had not been polished in 25-plus years and had deep grooves. The result is lovely and quality of work is excellent. Both were very polite and professional, and Trevor was very accommodating, his quote was similar to others, and he shared many of his finished photos. The only suggestion I would make, before proceeding with the topcoats is to check physical samples of finishes before choosing one. You can't see the real finish in photos. I expected the matt/satin to have more of a sheen but it's quite flat. The semi-gloss would have been perfect. This is my failing, not Goodham's, as with years of varnishing experience, I should have known better. :)
