Budget Floor Sanding

My wife and I have engaged Budget Floor Sanding three times and they have changed the total appearance of our upstairs environment. Ten years ago we did it all ourselves with hand sanding and the wrong stain, but great enthusiasm. Now it looks as we had wanted it to be along. Matt and his team had a challenge because our renovations over 35 years had produced a variety of different floors alongside the original 90 year old timber from the 1930's. My lack of skill with a hired sander added to the challenges they faced. Now the consistency and consolidation of it all is quite charming and the feel under foot almost 'warm'. Matt and the team at Budget Floor Sanding are awesome. They did an absolutely stunning job for me that included repair of some boards and sanding back, sealing and polishing my floors and a staircase. Matt and the team did an exceptional job of our floors. Both the service and quality of work was excellent. Matt's communication kept us continually up to date throughout the process and the floors look incredible. We highly recommend them and will recommend BFS to friends in the future. Matt was readily available for any questions had and the team completing the polish were friendly and efficient.
