  Our floors came up great. We had our floors sanded and polished. We also had an area fixed and replaced which was quite in depth. Karl was very good at organising us to do our floors as there were split levels and furniture of course. He explained everything well and then proceeded to do a very good job. He also came back to help fix a problem for us which we were very thankful for. We definately recommend Karl and Floor Experts.

  Karl from Floor Experts is the best flooring expert in Sydney - hands down! We used his services to have our federation house's floors completely restored. He did such an amazing job on them, I can hardly believe that they are many decades old as he's brought them back to life. It was a tough job as the previous owners stuck vinyl to the floors many many years ago and Karl was able to do his magic and not only remove it but sand them back with such care. We're so thankful for his time, care and detail to the job he did for us and it really shows in his work. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking to get their flooring restored, repaired or finished. Floor Experts is the place to get your floors done and done right.

  Karl did a great job of sanding and polishing the 100 year old floorboards in my house, and also replaced a bearer which had rotted out. Highly recommended.

  Floorexperts didn't actually fit my floor but I found their post on how to fix creaky floorboards... my brother ran a Stanley knife down the grooves and hey presto... the creaks that have been sending me crazy just disappeared! Going to add WD40 just to finish off. Amazing! I was preparing for ripping the whole floor up and paying thousands not to mention the stress my bro was feeling knowing he laid it, and there's underfloor pipes just under it! Big thanks for the advice. They clearly know all about wooden floors!
