Had this company out twice to put in new floors for bottom and top story. They were honestly the best company we’ve had for renovations. From the beginning of quoting to the finish product we were so happy. Very clean and worked all day to get it done in time. They did our stairs perfectly when we didn’t think it could be achieved.

Starting off with Minnie, everything was straight forward, efficient, and she answered all our 1000 questions without missing a thing - it was also an absolute pleasure to meet her as well! We just built our first home and everything has had a certain level of stress associated with it, so after Minnie answered our 1000 questions, it was really refreshing to literally not worry about getting our floors installed, and just watch the magic happen! Which leads us to Onboard Floortech's three man crew - these guys are machines! They're fun, funny and extremely professional. You can tell each of them put a lot of pride into their work. The stairs was done perfectly, we're really blown away by the quality of craftsmanship with how the skirting was done in our kitchen - also the overall spotlessness of the flooring when they finished the job! Overall, I'm still so shocked by how happy I am with Minnie and the team, and the whole experience in general. I can't thank you enough for such an amazing job. Thank you, thank you and THANK YOU!
