Jonas from JU Flooring supplied and installed engineered floorboards throughout our home; upstairs in our attic storage/study area and downstairs across the hallway, living and dining rooms. He also completed two nosings for the staircase and one for the kitchen, plus a riser. We’re extremely happy with the quality and precision of his work. If you want perfection, call Jonas. His attention to detail is next level. He’s also incredibly prompt and reliable. He came to quote on a weekend right on time, no chasing up required at any stage (unlike other Trades), and he finished the job exactly when he said he would. He paced the work really well each day and was consistently professional. One tip: make sure your quote includes wastage and silicone around the edges - we assumed it was included, but it wasn’t. Completely fine as he can quote this per linear metre, but just worth noting for others. Overall, if you want quality floorboards installed correctly, hassle-free experience and top workmanship, he’s your man. He also supplies Wonderwood Floors - absolutely beautiful quality 15mm prime grade boards. Highly recommended!

The builder of our apartment failed to properly waterproof the balcony and 7 years after we moved in and changed our floors, our laminate was badly damaged due to leaks from the balcony under the floor and mould started growing a bit on the walls – it was horrible. From the quoting process by Jonas through to the finished product the service has been excellent. Jonas was efficient, knowledgeable and flexible, helping us to find a solution to all the issues – he also levelled our floors where it was required. We are absolutely thrilled with the new floor boards and the workmanship is exceptional. When our renovation schedule did not go to plan (due to heavy rains and the need to put a waterproofing membrane - this required dry weather), we appreciated how accommodating Jonas was with several date changes.
