What a fantastic job! I contacted Paul from Polwood after looking through various companies online. I had previously requested a quote from a different company and in the time it took for the other company to send me a quote without visiting the property, Paul had visited and quoted. Paul has been wonderful from our initial call until completion and he was happy to answer all my questions, with a high level of knowledge, throughout. We unfortunately had some borer activity in some of our floorboards, Paul did a fantastic job of repairing them and worked seamlessly with our other trades including a pest controller who needed to spray the floorboards between Paul sanding and finishing the floors. We also had a three week holiday in the middle of our house works and Paul not only started (waiting on the completion of our painters) but also almost completed a wonderful high quality job, communicating with us the whole time, while we were away. If you are looking for someone to do a high quality repair and/or restoration work on your floorboards or decking, who is trustworthy, a good communicator, punctual and organised then Paul at Polwood is the person you are looking for.
