Hi Sonia, This is the 3rd job that you and your company have done for us. Once again, you and your staff have excelled yourselves in your service from beginning to end. The quality of Workmanship, Professionalism and Attention to Detail by all concerned and especially with Craig, Brett and Steve with their installation process of our louvres, we couldn’t be more happy. But to tell you the truth we didn’t expect anything less, after our two previous dealings and experiences with your company. What a wonderful experience we have had with Outdoor Walls n Floors, from our initial phone call and emails with Sonia to Chris coming to do a site visit to provide a quote and eventually installing our gates. Sonia was so very patient & informative whilst we were trying to decide on the pattern of our Laser Gates, without adding sales pressure, and she kept us informed of the timeline which was delayed slightly due to circumstances beyond their control. When Chris & his offsider came to install they were firstly apologetic for the delay, but were so respectful & their work is first class. We are so very very happy with our gates & would have no hesitation in recommending Outdoor Walls n Floors to anyone.
