We’re extremely happy with the gates installed at our home. Hayden was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with it. They paid great attention to detail and left the area clean and tidy afterward. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality gate installation.

For my front fencing project (colorbond horizontal slats), I decided to choose Craftsman Fencing as I like supporting local businesses, and their website showed an extensive range of amazing projects they had completed, which confirmed my decision to go with them. From my initial call for general information, to the completion date, the team comprising of Nicole, Hayden, Michael and Luke were super helpful, friendly and professional. I had a few issues with my parcel box, (bought externally but to be installed into the slat fencing), and Nicole was very patient and professional regarding the delivery time. Hayden also went above and beyond to construct a bracket to support the parcel box which looks great! On installation days, the team arrived on time, and left the work site clean. They were respectful of noise level too. I highly recommend Craftsman Fencing, they are a small but very knowledgeable team. They offer good suggestions to mitigate issues you may come across regarding your fencing, and will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. Excellent service with outstanding results.....we got exactly what we paid for and more! From our first enquiry to the finished product, all our questions were answered, phone calls and emails queries returned, friendly staffs and any arising issues before or after all promptly fixed. Really happy with the custom gate we had designed, manufactured and installed by Craftsman Fencing. Dan worked with us right from the start to understand what we were wanting to achieve through to selecting the most appropriate colour and design to match what we already had in our backyard. Craftsman Fencing recently provided a quote (prompt) and installed new aluminium slat fencing and matching side gate with infill over our retaining wall. Hayden and Nicola were terrific to deal with and accommodated an earlier installation date to tie with other completed works. Very impressed with our new fencing and side gate.
