Turned up and provided a competitive quote whilst highlighting poor advice given to us by other businesses who were trying to cut corners. They provided suitable solutions and offered a competitive quote. Despite having staff who were forced to isolate on the day of install, they were empathetic to my personal situation with regards to needing work to commence on the day due to having dogs and they were nice enough to shuffle around their workload and moved trades from another site to get the job done. We purchased material from the fencing people last year for our front fence. The quality of what we received was fantastic. They were very helpful and even delivered it for us for next to nothing. Was on time and even unloaded it on to our deck for us. The price was the most competive I could find in the Geelong region. 12 months on and the Dressed all round cypress posts look just as good as the day they went in. I will always shop here first for my wood products.

We just had a side fence (paling) put up by the Fencing People and it was the most professional job I have ever seen. Well worth the price and we would not hesitate to use them again. Callum (our fence builder) was very friendly and always on time. Do yourself a favour and call them first. You won't regret it.

We always knew replacing our fence would be challenging but this didn't faze Don and Brendan. Their experience shone through as they quickly demolished the existing fence despite concrete footings and years of added reinforcement railings. In no time a new fence emerged which they were able to adjust to the varying gradient of the land. Don and Brendan apply themselves to the task in hand, are mindful of preserving the plants around them, always courteous and pleasant and clean up afterwards. From the assessor who instilled confidence to the end product, a job well done!

I received multiple quotes for my 1500mm high picket fence and the Fencing People were the most helpful and responsive through the quoting process so I selected them to do the job. Callum did a great job installing the fence and his workmanship was of high quality. Professional, competent and responsive. Very happy with both the fence and the service received. Dan was extremely helpful and patient providing advice where needed and ensuring the end product was one to be proud of. Only downside was because they are so highly rated, it took a while to get us booked in but we now see why and it was worth the wait. Would certainly recommend.
