Phoenix Screens

My front door took a month longer than it should have to be installed and I can’t open my bedroom one due to it being wedged in, however, I’m overall happy with how it all looks now that it’s done. The quality is decent. I understand things can happen and Tim was very apologetic on behalf of his staff the whole way through, which is why I’ve decided to leave a 4 star review and would recommend this company for screens.

Our beautiful glass pool fence gate needed adjusting, it wouldn’t close properly. I phoned pheonix, and even in the crazy leading up to Christmas frenzy, they kindly managed to squeeze us in and sent someone out to repair the gate. Thank you so much.

So very glad I chose Phoenix Screens to make and install my Panther Security Door. Quality of the door is second to none and I chose the colour Monument, which is sensational and it tones perfectly into my current paint scheme. The installer Rod was very professional and highly experienced and it didn’t take him very long to install it. The Customer Service from the start to finish was professional and easy to deal with. All good things from start to finish. The admin team and Tim were responsive and helpful, Enrico who installed was so polite, friendly and experienced. Very good quality and reasonably priced is always a go to. Turned out way better than I thought, from a distance you can't even see the screen so perfect for the outside view!
