We engaged the team at Fence Pro Installations to build an aluminium slat fence for our home. Right from the beginning, Kayla the office manager was excellent to deal with and her communication skills were faultless. We received a prompt measure and quote from Joel the owner of the business, who helped with the design of the fence and the final colour schemes. Everything was explained clearly, and we were given great advice, which helped us immensely as we had never been involved with building this type of fence before. When it came time to build the fence, Steve carefully demolished the old timber fence, while Cameron was the lead tradesman who constructed the new fence. I must say, Cameron is an EXCELLENT technician, and a fantastic guy to deal with. Nothing was to hard for him, and his skills and mastery at building fences was crystal clear. I run my own business and I can say with 100% certainty, that Cameron is all about attention to detail, down to the last screw. He is a brilliant fence builder and a credit to the team..... The fence was completed in the allocated time frame, and in our opinion, it is not only the nicest fence in the street, but possibly the nicest fence in the suburb. In conclusion, if you are after top quality tradesmen, who have immense pride in their work, and a team of people who share this commitment, I can highly recommend this company as they are truly professionals in every way. In short, I would recommend Joel and Fences Pro Installation. I contacted Fences Pro Installation about replacing my old fence. Joel came out to inspect the area, I wasn't charged a call out fee. Other companies I spoke to told me that they would charge a call out fee. I told Joel my requirements and the type of fences I was looking for. I wanted an aluminium fence, it is not something every company does particularly in the style I wanted. I was sent the quote and it was competitive compared to the other companies. The company had good reviews on Google and I like Joel and how he worked. When he is on his way, he sends you a text with his real time position so you know when he is coming. I was required to pay 50% of the cost upfront as a deposit. The back office team is professional and easy to deal with. I could pay the deposit by bank transfer, so I didn't have to pay any card sur charges. The team came out and replaced the old fence and installed the new one, easy as. The team were professional and diligent, easy to talk to. I am very happy with the outcome!

I have just had my new fence installed & cant thank Fence Pro enough. Joel arrived on the day & on time for the quote & from then on working with Kayla was a pleasure ! Very smooth process all the way from Quote to Install. The team also coordinated with the neighbour to get their share of the fence. Being my first house and unaware of the process, Kayla kept me informed at all stages and provided all the information in detail. Joel, Cadeyn and the team have done amazing job installing the fences and a gate for my property. They responded promptly, gave priority and urgency just after we moved to the new house. We even asked to elevate the gate after the job had been completed and Cadeyn was happily returned and completed the task. We are extremely happy with their workmanship.
