Malcolm does quality work and, re Meredith's "Review," as a Contractor myself, I understand him asking for $150 up front for quoting, from people he has quoted for before, but not got the job. Some people don't consider the difference between a rushed, cheap job and a quality job. They're only looking at the Dollars and why would you ask for yet another quote if u thought the first one was too expensive, unless u found out after, that the other dude cut too many corners? Quoting costs time and I've been played by them too, time wasters! I never deal with the same people who have once rejected one of my genuine, carefully calculated quotes for a cheapy. Malcolm does quality work with an eye for detail. Cheers.
