Adam and Arran are clearly some of the best at what they do. Prompt and efficient service with a high level of knowledge and expertise throughout. All of the various team members I encountered as well as the gate automation partners were professional and courteous. Furthermore quoting was honest and transparent especially when adjustments were requested. A fence installed by Adelaide Balustrade at my parents' place almost 20 years ago has held up impeccably well also. Quite rare to come across a company that has maintained such high standards for so long.

I have used Adelaide Balustrade & Fencing many times over the last two decades, and they never fail to exceed my expectations. Most recently they completed a project involving replacing a single gate for a pair of swing gates (in matching style) on the busy Parade Norwood and the finished product is absolutely perfect and the installers went above and beyond for me on this tricky site.

Vary happy when the fence was installed 15 months ago. Under warranty reported some screws were rusting. Adelaide Balustrade immediately acknowledged possibly a faulty batch of screws and within one week replaced all screws with stainless steel screws. Great service.

Had to get an extension to Pool fence,most impressed with this company.Adam arrived on time to quote,Kai came out to measure up,when he said,yesterday guys installed it,neat job,cleaned up and touched up bits of existing fence, we would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing fencing jobs.

We had a vertical slat style fence with an entrance hinged gate, and an electric sliding gate, from start to finish they did a perfect job, 12 months later we are still loving it. I definitely recommend them
