I had previously wasted my money on a brand called Pet Control HQ, it would not keep my dogs in and they would run straight through the gates. I rang up Hidden Fence they were able to explain it all to me clearly about why the current brand wasn’t working. I went into their little shop and they were lovely! I was able to fit their unit to the already run wire and my two dogs have not been out since. I was provided with a unit that was already prepared for me and I was shown how to set it up and reteach my dogs. I have now had the hidden fence unit running for a month and I’m so happy with and my dogs are staying in. The team were very lovely and willing to help. Thankyou!

The hidden fence is the answer to my prayers. It was super easy to train my Girls. We haven't looked back after day one. We ordered and had installed a hidden fence to our workshop roller door area. We have 2 large dogs and a really busy shed road with large trucks going through all day. The gentleman that installed it for us was professional, friendly and very thorough with the training . Our dogs responded very quickly and with the continued training as directed its going to work amazingly. Thank you Hidden Fence for keeping our furbabies safe. I highly recommend it.

Would give 10 stars if I could! The team at Hidden Fence Karalee are beyond lovely! Their customer service, responsiveness and quality of their product is outstanding. Had such a brilliant, refreshing experience with them yesterday. After many disappointing experiences with business in the last few months, it was lovely to see that there are still some businesses around who don’t see people as consumers to be bled dry. They made my day and restored my faith in humanity.

Hidden Fence have been excellent to deal with. We bought a system off them several years back after discussing what would best suit our needs. Self installation was easy following the instructions provided. We have successfully trained several large (Rottweiler) dogs too it now. After sales service has been great. We needed to repair the system after getting unlucky with a lightning strike. The team were most helpful. More recently they have provided some great advice with a dog which was proving difficult to train to the fence. They were able to quickly assist and get us back on track. If you're considering the investment in one of these systems I can highly recommend this equipment and also this great vendor.
