Fence factory was the 3rd company I had called enquiring re a 1700mm galvanised fence for the side of my unit. The reason I chose them to fabricate the gate was due to the excellent customer service provided from Chris. I sent Chris some photos of the area and he confirmed what I required, reference to examples photos and an estimate price. I immediately ordered from their company! Once the exact measurements were provided, the fence was made within a week! Thank you so much! The fence looks great has allowed me to have a secure yard for the doggo

We have just had a sliding gate installed by the Fence Factory. What a pleasure it was to deal with a Darwin business and family. Chris handled our initial enquiry very professionally. Andrew and Darren came and measured up. Their attention to detail was fantastic. Darren laid the concrete and came back and installed the gate. His workmanship was 5 star plus. Thank you to the Jackson family. We highly recommend you and your company for all fencing needs and for a quality job at a fair price.

Very good service. Requested a quote for a gate, price was reasonable and timeframe as expected. All staff i dealt with were very professional and answered questions in a manner i could understand. I was provided options that i didn't consider and even advised of how to possibly repair a fence panel that was supplied by another business. Would recommend again.
