SFG -Sydney Fencing and Gates

Actually I would give James and his team 6 stars plus. Jame,s and his team were so professional, everyone knew what they had to do and they just worked together so well. I have a 50mtr fence and needed it replace fast because I have a dog. James and his team worked thier butt off and it was pulled down and new fence put up in less than 2 days. They took into account what we needed and nothing was to much trouble, they tidy up as they went along. They done such a great job I would highly recommend them before going elsewhere. Sydney Fence and Gates were also round the same price as the other 3 quotes we had, so they don't over charge but the job they did was outstanding.

I highly recommend SFG. Very organised from quote to installation. All quotes on weekends, punctual. Second measure because I went with aluminium gates, again punctual. Installation, punctuation and all worked together in a very organised fashion. Removal of door and roller shutter, installed, cleaned up, done in under 3 hours. Every member I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. So so happy. Now to repair and repaint wall!!!

We’ve been renovating the house for just on 10 years and each year I’ve dealt with between five and eight contractors, not counting the ones I’ve approached for quotes or advice and suggestions. The broad majority of those experiences have been difficult and tiresome, with varying results. The SFG team have been amazing. I’ve had clear, concise communication as regular intervals. ALL of my 17 different questions have been answered, sometimes twice or three times and nobody has made me or my family feel silly for asking. SFG were patient, kind, understanding plus incredibly polite and professional in all of our interactions. Considering we started this conversation a year ago with the first quote and only had the gates installed in September 2020, that is saying a lot. Everyone was on time and everything was delivered and installed as and when we were told it would be. I don’t know if you can appreciate how rare that is, but with my extensive experience liaising with contractors over the last decade, I think I’m well placed to say, it’s not the norm with builders / contractors and I’ve never been more pleasantly surprised. I wanted to take the time to ensure the SFG team truly understand how rare the quality of your service is. Our gates and fence look amazing, so the products and fulfilment of our needs was also brilliant. We had two side gates installed and a front automatic fence and gate. Happy to recommend James, Ross, Ria and the team for their service, products and professionalism.

James, Ria and their team are fabulous! They installed a beautifully crafted gate for us in a position that is very windy by the sea. We love it. During the recent windstorm a bolt came loose and James was back immediately to fix it. They are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Sydney Fencing & Gates highly enough.
