We just recently installed a small gate for our dog - after having put a pool and rear fences in a number of years ago. The workmanship of gate, installation was absolutely outstanding. The communication was excellent on all fronts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We were referred to Railsafe by The Pool Centre to replace the floor spring for our pool gate. Very happy with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend them. Update: there were a few niggling issues once the new gate mechanism was initially fitted and, to be completely upfront about this, we nonetheless signed off on the job. But then realised we should have been clearer in our communications about some of the settings (speed at which gate closes particularly). Railsafe were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and here we are, 2 more service calls from them later and it is now100% sorted. A big shout out to Johnny for unfailing politeness and expertise. And Wendy who has had to endure my calls and emails. No wonder you guys have been finalists and winners in local awards. I wouldn't use anybody else. Thanks guys.
