Excellent customer service. Got a complete quote made up by Pippa today. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Oxworks. You know it's good when you see all the tradies using them.

Was referred to them for some Colorbond Boundry Fencing and if needed help with a fencer to install. Not a big job but important to us. Spoke with Pippa, simply outstanding. She went out of her way to help. Fence looks great and Brent from Jims Fencing got our job done so quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend Ox Works Thornton for all your fencing needs.

the service was fantastic from the warehouse staff. they were funny, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and incredibly efficient. they bent over backwards to help me and all the others getting served. I would give them more stars or a raise if I could. thank also to the amazing office fella, think his name was Kiran, he was great. he was unbelievably helpful then after my order was placed... boom, the warehouse team got me sorted so efficiently even know i put a big ordering on the spot. I will be getting more product from them again. AMAZING 👏 all the stars
