Nigel was the first person to offer his assistance when we posted an ad looking for someone to assemble our trampoline on Christmas Eve, replying within minutes of the ad being posted. A job that in the past has taken us five people, 8+ hours and countless arguments, took Nigel less than 2 hours on his own, it was a 9x14ft rectangle trampoline with a net and we are still amazed at how quickly he got that up solo! Nigel was prompt and responsive in all communications, took the time to look the assembly instructions up the night before arriving, brought his own tools, arrived exactly when he said he would, messaged the night before to confirm arrival the next day. The workmanship was immaculate and the selflessness and commitment that he showed helping our family out on Christmas Eve at the sacrifice of spending it with his own family is something that we are truly grateful for. He even took the trampoline boxes to the tip without being asked to so that the kids wouldn’t stumble across them before Christmas morning! Nigel is an exceptional person and tradesman and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone for any job. You’d be crazy to pick anyone else!
