From our initial phone call, through to the installation and training, Tim has been so helpful. Our hidden fence has been in for a few weeks now, and is working perfectly. We planned to use the hidden fence when we were home, however to build a separate enclosure for when we weren’t here, as I didn’t think I could truly trust my dogs. Tim assured me we wouldn’t need a separate enclosure, but was very understanding of my concerns about entirely trusting the fence. I have to stand corrected - we haven’t needed to build the separate enclosure as our dogs are safely and happily contained in their hidden fenced area. We fenced about 2.5 acres of our property and it’s the best thing we’ve ever done for our dogs. Highly recommend Tim and Hidden Fence.

Tim was great, and the product really does work for cats too! I was initially a bit sceptical, but decided to give it a go, I installed the boundary wire myself (top tip - unless you like hard labour take Tim up on his installation package), Tim kindly loaned my an indoor training unit and in no time at all we were up and running with my cat understood to stay away from the training flags. The transition to outside was quick too, after a single 'breach' the cat got the message - he still occasionally tries his luck, but the audible warning from the collar is enough to make him back off to the ample area he now has to explore. My cat had been an outdoor-in-the-day city cat for 6 years, so it didn't feel right to keep him locked inside in the more rural location I now live in... nor was it cool to let him have the same schedule he'd had previously due to the abundance of native wildlife. This solution gives him enough freedom to play in a good size containment zone, and keeps the local critters safe too. Highly recommend giving Hidden Fence a go - and Tim's your man to help you get up and running.

Hidden Fence are fantastic- I was cynical but had to eat my words. This was transformational for our gorgeous but not smart golden retrievers. The result was instant. Never had any concerns about them escaping after installation when before they would chase kangaroos through the neighbourhood. Game changer. Can’t recommend enough.

My partner and I were lucky enough to have Tim travel to us up north, to install our hidden fence. Tim did an amazing job and was wonderful to chat with. He showed us how to use our system and how to train our pup with it safely. He showed a lot of passion and care towards our pup! We are very impressed with the hidden fence system and all it offers to us. I wouldn’t buy a system anywhere else! And I definitely recommend Tim for installation!!!

Paying for the Hidden Fence is paying for no more stressful moments wondering where my dog is when the greatest canine Houdini to ever live has found yet another way to escape. Tim is great at what he does and the product is second to none. This is my second Hidden Fence installation.
