Previously posted a 2 star review but upping this due to the follow up from their Install Manager Isaac. Taking the care to hear out my feedback and take it on board and to inform me more about the type of wood used on the fence is a big deal in terms of trying to ensure customers are satisfied. I appreciate that greatly. With a bit more up front communication this could have been a 5 but you can't fault a company and service that are trying. Original review below: Did a great job on our side fence. Capped 1.8m. But I was very disappointed with the communication between quoted and installers. I showed a design of fence, quoter said easy no problem. Gave us a quote and then when it was installed it wasn’t what we wanted. Also didn’t get communication back on a small $80 core hole that was never drilled. I’m okay to let the money go for the small part but I’ve paid a lot for a fence now that does the job but isn’t really what I wanted due to lack of communication and maybe a bit of my lack of understanding of what the requirements were… but that’s what you pay these guys for.
