Gutter Resto part of the Resto Group have delivered an exceptional experience end to end. Firstly I will start by saying that Jared, Ben and the entire team have been totally professional and very helpful and I would strongly encourage you to move forward with them. Here is why. Back story was that the house has gutters that were best part of 30 plus years old and in parts rusted out, levels were wrong (means water pools in the wrong places), downpipes too thin so heavy down pours water could not escape fast enough leading to overflow issues and all this was resulting in water coming into the house. To complicate matters they are concealed gutters which makes for a bigger job. Steve (Sales Guy) from Gutter Resto was very professional, I was concerned after speaking to other people that was I was up for a small mortgage to fund this but in the end Gutter Resto provided an all in one solution, Scaffolding (2 storey house) Gutter removal and replacement, Gutter Guard and after sales services (cracked tiles). Many other companies will ask you to arrange scaffolding yourself which is a nightmare. They were able to retain all the flashing and eaves work, lift a few rows of tiles and drop a new system in, replace all the downpipes , all of which with No Damage to the house. Their after sales service I will say is the test of any companies true service, that is once they get paid, do they want to help and I will say from the owner, management and team they are 7 stars service. They gave me extra roof tiles as terracotta can crack and my tiles are getting old. Every time a tile cracked from people walking on the roof which does happen, they were always quick to come out and replace it at no cost and no fuss despite being extremely busy. That to me is TRUE service and is why I will not hesitate to advocate for them. These types are expensive, but I had heard of what other neighbours had paid and well let's just say they were completely ripped off, told to basically replace everything and that could have been me if i did not find these people.

We had been putting off the replacement of our internal box guttering for few years now, until finally we got in contact with Gutter Resto after having a few other guttering places come out to have a look. That waiting paid off. Unlike the others (who were aiming for the sky with prices double and even triple, adding unnecessary extra jobs and complexity), the quote was reasonable, transparent and mindful of our budget and what we needed to have done. Bryan did a wonderful job from start to finish, he was professional and thorough in his approach, pointing out some other particular needs and suggestions for our roof to improve its longevity. He was informative and prompt with sorting out any of our concerns. I can not praise Gutter Resto enough for their approach and care to the job and detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Gutter Resto to others. They will be my first call for any other roofing or roof plumbing needs I have in the future. Well done and good job!

Some areas needed cementing of roof tiles to timber. Cam and the entire team delivered an exceptional level of professionalism and workmanship.
