Ben came to our property in Forest Lake today to clean the gutters including some very challenging steep pitch areas and where a fixed no-walk awning joins the rear of our home. He works quickly, safely and super efficiently. He ensures you see photographic detail of all the work done so you're 100% certain no corners have been cut. On top of that, he's a genuine, decent human being that you're going to be delighted to meet in any circumstance. We will be using his services again and recommend you do too, without the slightest hesitation. Thanks Ben!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ben from Logan Gutter Cleaning and definitely won't be using any other company in future to clean the gutters on my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben to my family and friends and feel certain you would be very happy if you engaged him to carry out work on your property. His work ethic is exemplary, he's polite and friendly and his quote for the work was very reasonable. (I should add that I had received quotes that were 50% to 143% higher than Ben's quote). From the first contact I made with Ben, my enquiry was handled promptly and politely and his professionalism continued throughout my dealings with him. He asked pertinent questions regarding my gutter and gave me the exact same price as advertised, which I accepted. At the same time he also gave me a date for the work, and messaged me first thing on that date to confirm his time of arrival. On his arrival, he asked whether I had any concerns regarding particular areas of the gutter, then got straight on with the work. Ben took photographs of the leaves and debris in the gutters and forwarded them to me, before working tirelessly (in summer heat!) to clean them. He then sent photographs of all the cleaned gutter sections. Being able to see for the first time, just how much leaf matter the gutters contained, was a graphic reminder not to postpone it as long before the next clean! Had I needed any reassurance of the quality of Ben's work, seeing the 'after' photographs certainly provided it. I was very pleasantly surprised when Ben left, that the blower I'd left in the garden to tidy up any blown leaves on the area around my home, was totally redundant. Ben had taken care of everything. I've engaged many gutter cleaners over the years and can honestly say that I've never engaged any of them a second time. However, I'll be contacting Ben on an annual basis from now on!

WOW what can I say .Ben and his team are highly professional. They answered any questions I had and I found Ben to polite in all ways. Before he started on our job, he took photos of our roof to show us what we need cleaned. If you are looking for a trust worthy and professional job you couldn't do better than this company. If I could give him a higher rating I would. Cathy and Derek
