14/2/2026 Night. Heavy shower of rain, NOT A LEAK! These fellas know what they’re doing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAPE SHADES! I had a patio put up by a company in Busselton. It was over two years old, they tried many times to get things correct & stop water leaks. Patio was worse, rough quality and water leaks after two years of trying to get it right. Had an absolute gut full of that company, I was recommended Cape Shades. They came and inspected my patio with very little wait time. Pointed out some of the many problems in no time. Was told the roof was beyond repair from all the previous repair attempts. Everything was organised very quick & professional. The original company still didn’t have it correct after over two years! Cape Shades removed the other companies attempt of a roof and fitted a very professional, very tidy new roof on my patio in UNDER ONE DAY! Very impressed with your high quality/neat build and leaving the work site tidy once the job was completed! Thank you so very much for your great help Cape Shades! Very highly recommended by myself!

This is the second time I have used Cape Shades and once again I am delighted with the service and outcome. Ermin designed sails to meet our needs of shading the pool and keeping direct sunlight off the windows while still allowing sufficient light into the living space. HIs team has removed them for us to allow the winter sun in and will put them up for us again in spring. Perfect for our needs. I highly recommend Ermin and the Cpae Shades team.

Ermin was prompt in providing a quote for my carport, even suggesting an alternative option which I didn't know was possible.
