Adam from the moment we engaged him he was excited about our vision and our project. We did an extensive amount of research (with over 10 builders) and he was by far the most prompt and reliable we had come across. We felt we were in safe hands from the get go, when we asked questions he would ensure we were responded to the same day, made our concerns about various draftsman errors run more smoothly and was very very hands on. If you are looking for someone that takes great pride in their work and craftsmanship then Adam is for you. He is not a volume builder and this is evident in his professionalism and care along the way. Despite having multiple challenges he had to deal with (out of his control) he got through them like a trooper. Thanks to Adam and the team at Dracon Construction we are happily moved into our dream forever home. We are immensely thankful for everything you have done for us :)

Adam and Michael Drake recently built a major extension for our home and we couldn't be happier with the final result, as well as the entire process from planning to completion. We decided to go with Dracon Conscruction after meeting with and getting quotes from several builders in Ballarat who were all either far too expensive or otherwise unprofessional or slow in their communication. Adam on the other hand gave us a great quote and helped us every step of the way. He was very punctual and accommodating of our plans and the quality of his craftsmanship is exceptional. Our build required some major landscaping and ingenuity which was no trouble for Adam and his team.
