Tom and Jack did a great job removing our old deck and rebuilding it. Tom was particularly diligent at ensuring everything was compliant with current building codes. Very happy to recommend the quality of their work.

I have an autistic teenager who thinks the bath is a pool. I asked Tom to deliver me a bathroom which behaved like a pool…and he delivered. The whole room was converted, extra piers put in place, a concrete sloping floor, tiles and fittings. It all works a treat. Not everything was perfect the first time, but they went out of their way to ensure it all came together. Tom and I are now planning an upstairs extension to the main bedroom, ensuite (into a bathroom) and an added room/dressing room. Highly recommended from my end.

We found Tom to be friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. His communications across the project were great and he provided solutions to problems when they arose. As a family business, he cares about his work and reputation. He finished our project on time and any variances were thought through and reasonable in cost.

Last Spring Tom and his team undertook to create a new decked entry for us. It was a complex job, because we are on a steep site, so it was really 3 decks and 2 sets of steps. We discovered a major structural engineering fault during preparation, which meant that Tom had a lot of extra work to make the new construction safe and compliant. Throughout the challenge this all brought, Tom stayed cheerful and professional, guiding us through all the requirements. We ended up with a gorgeous entry in Jarrah, which has been much admired, safety features and peace of mind. We commend Tom Pybus Construction as a competent, creative, professional building company. TBC is timely, communicative, and skilful with difficult builds. One last feature of TCB is that Tom is keen to work with sustainable materials and to support Australian industry. 👍
