Early this year we started our owner builder build with the new owners of All Steel Homes Ian and his team,Ian was with us from the beginning with good advice and kept me in the loop right through the build we had a couple of small hold ups along the way due to delivery issues from Brisbane when we couldn’t get what we needed to keep the job moving Ian had some good work around so the job would keep moving forward.we had an issue with our ceiling being to high (plans not followed by the suppler in Brisbane)thanks to Ian we sorted on site losing less than a couple of hours work time.All this was achieved in very close to the original times we spoke about which was surprising as I’ve been in the building industry my whole life (house painter)so not often I see a job runny so smoothly (thanks Ian)so our job was finished very close to time quality was great everything has passed building inspection.outside to lockup was all Ian and his crew inside was all on me and Ian has also helped with some advice as that was going along as well. All in all we had a very positive build with a lot of good advice and help from Ian along the way,I’m happy to recommend Ian and his team for your build I’ve just read a couple of the other reviews and seen customers complain about late deliveries and missing items as I said I’ve been in the building industry my entire career (56 now)and this is not only part of the build but has nothing to do with the crew at All steel homes and everything to do with the supplier in Brisbane these guys have little to no control over what turns up on site sad but it’s part of the industry and you need to be prepared for these things to happen John Agar
