Tim and his team were able to transform our pergola into a wonderful modern living space. Tim listened to our requirements and he was able to make terrific suggestions to enhance and modernise our outdoor living area into a totally functional living space. Tim replaced the clear laser lite roofing with colourbond sheets, to reduce the summer heat and glare as the pergola is north facing, and install three polycarbonate sheets to allow light without the heat. Tim and his team then masterfully repaired a previously broken support beam, installed a fully wool insulated plaster ceiling complete with six down lights and an amazing remote controlled ceiling fan. On the exterior of the pergola the gutter, facia and barge boards were replaced. Finally, the ceiling, facia and barge boards were painted with high quality exterior paint. The whole job was completed in a timely manner and during the renovation his team was always polite, professional, and listened to and acted on any suggestions that we raised. I would highly recommend Stockdale Constructions to anyone considering renovating or upgrading their home.

We contracted Tim and his team to do renovations to most areas of the downstairs areas of our house. We had our outdoor area enclosed, new outdoor area constructed just to name a small part of our job. Our experience with Stockdale Construction Company was positive and respectful. We have 5 adults and a baby living within the house during what was a major renovation downstairs, some of the adults were working from home. Although renovations are a stressful time, Tim and his team were very respectful and a pleasure to work with. I changed my mind regarding a couple of things during the building but I found Tim to be very approachable, polite and helpful. There is more that I could say but most importantly my message is that I would highly recommend Stockdale Construction Company for any project.

Engaged Tim to totally renovate our old kitchen and bathroom. Super happy with the results. It's an old house, so Tim's advice and perspective on some of the tricky aspects was really appreciated. The works were finished on time and on budget. Tim's a great communicator so we always knew what was happening and what the outlook was week by week. Sub-contractors (plumber and sparkie) were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Tim and his team from Stockdale Construction recently completed some work on our house – some recladding, window replacement and the construction of a new garage.
