Spanline Home Additions Mid Coast

One year ago I had a glass enclosure installed by Spanline Mid Coast/ Hayes Home Additions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! A year on I'm still enjoying the sunshine while being comfortably sheltered. It’s my favourite spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of my home. I still speak highly to anyone who will listen, of the builders who did an exceptional job. They were not only respectful but also incredibly tidy throughout the entire process. They made sure to keep the area clean, which I greatly appreciated. The whole experience was professional, and the end result was simply beautiful. I highly recommend Matt & the Mid Coast team for their excellent service from start to finish.

The job has been installed to an excellent level of workmanship and we are very satisfied with the product we ordered from your Spanline. Communication has been excellent from the initial quote from Matt, Sam the builder and Heather in the office to follow things through. Sam the builder was a pleasure to deal with and he kept us informed every step of the build. Sam was able to overcome all the obstacles encountered during the build, with quality workmanship. We are very happy with our new home addition and look forward to making it our favourite room - Excellent job!

Spanline were prompt with our request in sending their representative to give a quote and constructive suggestions as to meeting our needs. Once accepted, and as soon as our slab was ready, Spanline had the awning and installer ready to go. Within one day the job was done and we were extremely happy with the result. Our awning was to join up to an existing verandah and was so well sealed that we have never had a leak issue. All round we highly recommend Spanline

This was such a smooth process. Jamie was so helpful and very professional when offering his guidance. His advice was valuable. We had received a quote from another company but didn’t have the enthusiasm or ideas we were looking for. The whole process was three weeks, which was exactly what was indicated. The installation went smoothly and no mess to clean up. Wouldn’t hesitate to get Spanline back for future projects. AAA

Spanline built our beautiful elevated Deck. Workmanship, Quality and Customer Service was second to none. We now have an Amazing space to Entertain or just Relax, there was some slight delays awaiting some materials but in the current climate that’s a sign of the times.
