We had Josh from Joe builds complete a total renovation of our main bathroom in our house. The whole process from start to finish was easy with Joe builds. The communication was faultless, managed changes to original scope really well and suggested some really good ideas that we didn’t consider initially that ended up working out really well. We felt that we got value for money and were a priority throughout the whole process. Joe and his team are experts in their trade and are a pleasure to work and communicate with. Joe and his team were great to work with. We worked collaboratively in the design of our new kitchen and we were impressed with the detail and effort that was put into the project. Hi all, I would like to share my experience using Joe Builds Pty limited. I work in Coffs Harbour where my work requires building inspections and maintenance upgrades for properties. I asked Joe and his team if they could inspect one of our homes that had some weakened floorboards due to moisture. Joe and his team arrived on time, introduced themselves to myself and the clients who were present at the time. Joes team explained the areas of the house which they had to inspect and made sure that everyone understood what requirements were needing to take place and implemented safety with every step. The plan for the works to be carried out and completed was sent to my services main office within the week where a date and time was set with clear communication via email and over the phone. The date range for the works to be completed was on time and the finish product was amazing. New floorboards installed creating a strong walkway in a busy area within the home and most importantly safety restored. From this job I have used Joe Builds Pty limited for further works which have ranged from: 1. Building upgrades 2. Building inspections 3. Property damage 4. Asbestos removal 5. External hand rail installation I will definitely be continuing using Joe Builds Pty limited for all building works that arise in my line of work due to their professionalism, eye for detail and friendly nature. Joe and his boys did a full bathroom build for me as well as a new garage/shed, and I’m so happy and impressed with how it’s turned out! Joe is easy to deal with and always responded back to my text or calls, and happy to talk things through, he made the whole job easy and less stressful.. would recommend Joe 100%… 😁

We have used Joe Builds for a number of jobs most notably for building the most beautiful fence around one side of our pool. The work was fantastic- high quality, done in a timely fashion and at a great price...oh and Joe is a delight to have around. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs “stuff done”
