We needed to demolish and rebuild our garage due to historical water damage; Guy and his team made the process smooth and easy, even when insane issues with council seemed to be about to derail things. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable and honest builder. The difference it has made to our home is wonderful with all garages now on the one roof line.

Guy and his team recently completed a new granny flat for me in lake macquarie. His professionalism, knowledge and workmanship is second to none. His team were all polite and respectful, aways leaving the site clean and tidy. Guy was able to resolve some tricky design issues and i am thrilled with the result. Chris and Guy were great to work with over the past few months. We undertook a pretty extensive renovation that impacted every room of the house. Most of our internal walls were modified in an effort to maximise the functionality of our home to suite our growing family. From start to finish they maintained clear and prompt communication lines, were receptive of our ideas and converted our concept into a reality. They put us in touch with a good draftsmen and structural engineer which really set us up for success from the beginning. Guy was our single point of contact throughout the build itself. He coordinated his team of builders and the electricians, gas fitters and plumbers etc. We highly recommend G&C Building to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a fair price.
