We recently had Emu Residential complete a full renovation on our Anna Bay house, including two bathrooms, a new kitchen, changes to the internal configuration, and coordination of all other trades including flooring and painting. To say they were exceptional is an understatement. Danny, Myles, Fynn and Jessiah are without doubt the best builders I’ve ever dealt with. They were super professional, extremely organised, and delivered the project ahead of schedule — and before Christmas, which was huge for us. The quality of their workmanship was a standout, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and everything was managed seamlessly. I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of the team at Emu Residential and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering a renovation or build. Emu Residential recently completed our home renovation - remodeling the back end of our house and giving our whole house a much needed facelift (painting, flooring, doors). Danny had practical solutions for what we wanted to achieve, and gave great advice on what could and couldn't work, along with our options. The whole experience from quoting to completion was very positive and ran to schedule. Danny, Miles, and Finn were excellent to work with, highly professional, with great attention to detail, ensuring each stage of the build was completed to a high standard. Ditto for all the trades Danny engaged for our job. Danny kept us informed throughout the whole build and engaged with us on weekly and daily requirements and timings of the other trades needed. They, as did all the trades, cleaned up at the end of each day and ensured the house was safe for us to be in. We lived in the house while renovations were being completed, so this made it less stressful for us. We love the finish of our home - the improved functionality of the back end of our house to meet our needs and how fresh, clean and bright the whole house now feels and looks. Emu Residential literally exceeded our expectations and our first choice will be to engage their services again on our future home renovation projects.
