10/10 experience with Curtain Paradise! We are absolutely in love with our new curtains — they look beautiful and completely transformed our apartment. Lydia was excellent and helped us every step of the way, guiding us to choose the perfect colour and type of curtains for our space. Her advice made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The installation team was also fantastic. They arrived on time, worked very fast, and were extremely efficient and professional. From start to finish the service was amazing. I highly recommend Curtain Paradise to anyone looking for quality curtains and great customer service!

We had an amazing experience with Curtain Paradise from start to finish. From the first contact, Lydia, was fantastic — very easy-going, patient, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. She worked with us to find the perfect solution within our budget and kept communication clear and smooth the whole way through. The installation team were just as impressive. The gentleman (Neil) who came to install the curtains was professional, punctual, respectful, and did a beautiful, precise job. Everything was installed perfectly and left clean and tidy. Overall, the entire experience with Curtain Paradise was truly five-star — great service, great communication, and excellent quality. We’re extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend them.

From the first phone estimate right through to the in-home measure and quote with Lydia, our experience with Curtain Paradise was outstanding. Lydia was organised, upfront, and genuinely focused on getting the details right from the start. When it came to installation, Neil carried that same level of professionalism through to the finish. We had every window fitted with PVC plantation shutters and sheers, and the workmanship is easily some of the best quality I’ve come across. The team worked quickly, respected our home, and kept everything moving without any fuss. Late on a Friday afternoon we noticed a minor fit issue with one of the shutters. I expected it to be sorted sometime the following week, but within an hour they’d proposed a solution, booked a Monday visit, confirmed the fix, took the shutter to modify, and returned it with a flawless result. We weren’t in any rush, but they still treated it like a priority because they wanted us to be completely happy. We’d received quotes from other companies that were nearly double the price for noticeably inferior quality. Curtain Paradise delivered better work, better service, and better value. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Curtain Paradise were one of the most professional and customer service oriented businesses we have dealt with. They provided excellent communication, outstanding measure up, flexibility when we wanted to change the colour of one blind, great advice on motorised options, and awesome eye for detail when it came to installation. Our whole house was redone with curtains (blockout and sheer) and blinds; six of our windows had motorised curtains due to the height of our apartment and we love the ease of use. Curtain Paradise recently installed motorized curtains and blinds. Lydia, so lovely to deal with, nothing was a problem, quoted and measured, went over and beyond to make it all happen. Neil, Installed the blinds and curtains without any fuss, very good at his job, and has outstanding knowledge of CP products. Overall, really satisfied with workmanship and pricing, you wouldn't get better, I would thoroughly recommend Curtain Paradise.
