We are constructing our new home and wanted a polished concrete flooring with full aggregate exposure. Our search for the right company narrowed down to eight - from the lowest to the highest quotes. After further research, interviews and careful consideration with each company, we decided to award the job to Paul (Owner/Operator) of Designer Floors – it’s the best decision we ever made for the build! Aside from a very reasonable quote, Paul could assure us that the end product would be the best possible outcome by applying a full mechanical polish to fully expose the aggregate. Paul is absolutely right! He gave us an awesome floor that shouts out “Wow!” from the outstanding crystal reflective polished floor. It has certainly exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely loving the flooring and cannot thank Paul enough for the excellent work. We truly appreciate the immense effort and time that Paul and Brendon put in to achieve our desired outcome for the polished concrete for our new home. As Paul does the polishing himself, not his staff, he is very meticulous in his work and obsessed with getting every part right. Very happy with the finished result. We were unsure if it was the right decision to go with the concrete floor, but after chatting to Paul about the finish we were after and hearing his professionalism over the phone I felt confident to go ahead. Communication was good through the process and work was done when he said it would be. The floors are now our favourite feature of the renovation. Thanks Paul
