I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge thanks to Danny for removing that ugly and dangerous concrete. Honestly, I can sleep better at night now knowing it won't slide down the hill and cause any trouble by blocking the road or hitting a car. Danny was fantastic, He came over , quoted the job, and completed the work all on a Saturday. Danny and the team from Con-Tek did a brilliant job on our driveway. It was a 80sqm driveway with some tricky detailing to get the right fall to the drain but everything went well. The boys on site were on-time, friendly and polite and we're stoked with the look of the final product (exposed aggregate). The cost was all-inclusive with no hidden surprises which was also great. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get their driveway concreted.

We have recently had our 900m2 exposed aggregate driveway completed by Danny and his team. The quality of service from the quoting stage to the final product was of exceptional standard. Danny went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and satisfied during the whole process. We will certainly be using Con-Tek again and highly recommend.

We decided to replace our aging concrete driveway, calling three different concreter’s and had them come and inspect measure and quote for the replacement. We were quoted between $13k and $18k to do our driveway, like most we choose the cheapest, its $5k in our pockets, makes good economic sense. My wife was on the way to the chosen contract to pay the deposit (from memory 50%) she arrived outside the contractors premises and before she went in she rang me and said there is something that doesn’t feel right, I can’t explain it but there’s a reason these guys are so cheap and it doesn’t feel right for us to go with them, she came home without entering the contractor’s premises. We got a good feeling when we spoke to Danny for the original quote so we rang him and asked why he was $5k above the other contractor. He gave a number of reasons and was happy to negotiate on price which was refreshing in this market. After that discussion we agreed to proceed with Danny (Contek) and he started 2 weeks later. His crew are all family and they worked with us (the customer in mind) nothing was too much trouble and their eye for detail and a quality result was evident throughout the project. We had a change of heart through the project and decided to go with exposed aggregate over the plain concrete, Danny agreed this would be a better result but would incur additional cost. He provided a cost literally on the spot and stuck to it, we agreed and moved to confirm which finish we wanted so he could order that afternoon to retain schedule as best as possible. The pictures below don’t do justice to how easy this project was for us to complete, we not only recommend Danny and his team but will definitely talk to Danny in the future for any other concreting projects we have.. Top job, professional service and the result speaks for itself. Danny also provided us a 2 year guarantee and we would like to personally thank Danny, Milo and Matt for their expertise, eye for detail and quality of work. Bloody AWESOME Gents.
