Precision Concrete did a great job with the concrete aggregate driveways and pathways that they put in for my new house build. I spoke to a number of different concreters, but I decided to use these guys after seeing the work they had done on another new house down the street from me. The owner of that house was very happy with their service and the quality of the work was excellent so I had no hesitation in choosing them. The work they did on my house turned out perfectly too. Tim was great to deal with and even sorted out a problem that came up on the job when he wasn't required to.

Frequently asked questions

How much do concreters typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on the type of job, its size, site access and whether demolition or disposal is required. This page shows live pricing for your area; most concreters typically combine a call-out fee with an hourly labour rate plus materials, and after-hours work usually attracts higher rates.
Do concreters charge call-out fees?
Call-out fees are common and usually cover travel and the initial assessment. That fee is generally separate from hourly labour and materials, and you may see higher charges for after-hours or emergency attendance.
Do concreters need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Concreting for residential building work generally requires a licensed contractor across Australian states and territories; in NSW licences are issued by the Building Commission NSW (formerly NSW Fair Trading). You should expect providers to display a valid state contractor licence, an ABN with active GST registration and evidence of public liability insurance.
