  I recently had the pleasure of working with Dean, Harris and the team from Xenos Civil for a complete transformation of our parking area in Coogee. From the very first meeting, their professionalism, clear communication and genuine attention to detail stood out. The team cleared our old parking area and replaced it with a brand-new concrete slab, created fresh walk paths around the building, and also installed retractable bollards for added functionality. Every stage of the job was handled seamlessly — the workmanship is of the highest standard, and the pride they take in their work truly shows in the finished result. What impressed us most was not just the quality of the concrete work, but also how friendly and wonderful they were to work with.   We recently had new concrete flooring done in our backyard by Xenos Civil, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Dean and Harris were fantastic to deal with — professional, organised, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. We went with an exposed concrete finish, and it looks amazing — clean, modern, and exactly what we were hoping for. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. We’re so happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Xenos Civil to anyone looking for quality concreting work.

The communication relating to the project plan, attention to detail when carrying out the job and the professionalism and workmanship on site were second to none.
