5 Star Builder, meeting ALL Council's requirements, Keeping the BUDGET FRIENDLY and helping us get ALL damage deposit back from Council. Project: Willoughby Council ask us to restore/re-do the driveway before getting our Occupation Certificate(for our newly built granny flat) and claiming damage deposit(paid to council before starting granny flat project) back from council. Price: Raffi provide us with a VERY budget friendly quote of $7425 compared with $28188 and $18800 from 2 other company. Outcome: The driveway was done in Dec 2025, Council assess the site in Feb 2026 and we get ALL damage deposit back from council, Proving that Raffi has met ALL council's requirement regarding the driveway. Competitor's Price: the company which worked out the $28188 quote did send someone onsite; the company worked out $18800 quote just asked for the measurement(very likely to raise the quote upon site visit). Raffi beat them heavily over price with $7425 and get the work done by meeting council's requirements. Thank you very much Raffi for your work and your professionalism.

Driveways 2U is a amazing company to worth with. Their founder is friendly, professional and transparent in their dealings with us. The team is solution focused, and listens and plans around your budget and needs. Our driveway was poured and the neighbour remarks how great it looks with minimal disruptions to the community. Their work and transparency resulted in us engaging them for building the steps and retaining walls for the property. With limited access, all excavation was done manually. The team works hard, has no complains and has done a wonderful job. At this stage of our construction we have dealings with a lot of suppliers. Raffi team is by far the best we had the pleasure to commission and work with.

Raffi and Trent and the team came out this week and did an awesome job on my new driveway. It was a small job, but they were happy to find some time for me. They’re such a nice bunch of guys, and went above and beyond to make the driveway look fantastic. They were quick, professional, and easy to contact. Honestly couldn’t recommend them more, the driveway looks excellent. Very happy customer. Thank you guys!

Raffi and the team concreted a basketball court for my son. They were competitive in price, came when they said they would and even went over and beyond what they were supposed to do. Every time I call Raffi he actually picks up the phone, unlike others that I have dealt with in the past. I definitely recommend them!
