We recently had our driveway and side path poured and sealed for our new home in Greystanes NSW and we are so happy and impressed with the finished result. Jonathan from Arletos plumbing and construction is professional and knowledgeable, he offers advice on the best options and colours to suit the home and slope of land and responds to any inquiries quickly and is very easy to deal with. He assisted with council demands and identified a problem that our builder overlooked, which gave us the chance to have it fixed before the concrete was poured. He sticks to his time-frames and delivers high quality workmanship and his attention to detail is perfect. He went beyond to seal our laundry stairs the same colour as the driveway. On a Sunday evening several months ago, I came home to find a leak from the water piping in my roof, coming down the wall in my kitchen (the piping is Hep2O plastic pushfit plumbing, which passes through the roof to reach the kitchen and laundry). I turned off the water at the Mains tap and waited till the morning. I rang Jonathan, and he was able to come that afternoon. He gave me some instructions to clear the area under the manhole to the roof space (which was in the garage), so that he could access the roof, which I did. He came that afternoon, accessed the roof space, he had the parts required, and he repaired the piping immediately without any problems. I was extremely grateful that he fixed the problem quickly and without issues. He was professional, courteous and polite in dealing with me, which I appreciated. I waited several months to post this review, to ensure that I had no further problems. I would not hesitate to contact Jonathan again if I need him.
