A recent leak in my 3 bed townhouse in Brunswick caused me to reach out to Leon at Melbourne Cladding solutions. He was great from the start clearly explaining the issue and providing me with three different quotes so I could chose the level of work based on budget and longevity requirements. Really appreciated having the options to consider between. Went for a full cladding replacement around dormer window. Leon and his team did a great job, finishing it in a day and cleaning up after themselves. They colour matched the paintwork and also caulked on lower levels as well.

I hired Melbourne Cladding Solutions to replace rotting weatherboards with James Hardie Linea boards on the upper walls of my two storey house in Clifton Hill as well as replacing two decks. Leon and his team did a wonderful job. They were competitively priced, professional and did excellent work. Leon also arranged for the house to be painted once the cladding was finished. **Weatherboard Replacement & Window Replacement in Rosanna** Leon & his team have done a wonderful job replacing a heap of old, rotting Weatherboards on our mid-70s house. We also had a window and two sliding doors replaced. Leon is an open & honest person to communicate with and the work was done on time & on budget. Leon and his team replaced most of the weatherboards on our tired unloved two story Victorian home in Balaclava, replaced windows, installed awnings, built two decks and a canopy and restored a verandah, then painted everything. Our home is now revitalised and thermally efficient, and we love it. Had Leon and his team come to do some weather board maintenance at a property in Diamond Creek. We were initially interested in a full repaint and replacement of certain weather boards and fascia repairs. He explained this was certainly possible but pointed out that much of the paintwork was still in good condition and provided some additional quoted options including a simple repair and repaint of only the effected areas which was obviously much cheaper. We elected to go for the cheaper option as our main priority was to protect the property from the elements. Throughout the job I had a number of additional repairs come to mind and Leon was quick to provide honest opinions and quotes for the additional works.
