  The exterior of my house was pretty poor. Wood was starting to rot, paint was peeling, extensions that had been added before we bought the house were obvious and it was truthfully quite ugly. Abbey has given my home a real facelift and i couldn't be happier with the results. There were a few communication hiccups and delays along the way but i wouldn't change a thing because my home looks simply amazing and far exceeds all my expectations. Dean was a pleasure to deal with - he was always on time, courteous and addressed all my questions and concerns with a smile and a simple explanation. Nothing was too difficult and he went out of his way to make sure i was happy with his work. He is a credit to the company. My house was not an easy install but i feel he saw it as a challenge to overcome. To anyone out there considering their options regarding external renovations I'd strongly encourage you to give Abbey a call for a free quote. It certainly wasn't our cheapest option but all things it will not only save us money in the long run but was also the most visually appealing. No painting and increased insulation, win-win.

  Exceptional service from Abbey from first point of contact, until completion date. We made a basic enquiry and had a salesman contact us that same day to organize a home visit. Dan was excellent to deal with and really knew the product and company. He cemented our decision to go ahead, yet he didn’t push the hard annoying sales pitch either. Our installer was Wolf. Whilst we were surprised to see just one installer come, we were so happy to see how one installer can unify all the work. His attention to detail and meticulous work has resulted in difficult areas and angles around the house looking so professional and finished. His calm nature also assisted us through the install, a pleasant change from some workmen we have had. Thank you also to Tara in the office. We have turned away trades and companies before based on their first point of contact being somewhat apathetic, however Tara was excellent from immediate contact. She provided me with constant communication and always a pleasure with any questions we had. Whilst Abbey have thanked us for our business with them, I can only return the gratitude for providing some old fashioned service.

  We would highly recommend Abbey Thermalboards. I saw a newly completed house in our town and emailed them for a quote. Within 2 days we had a visit from Pete (who was in our area) & measured and quoted. Prior to this he gave me a list of completed homes in our town. Spoke to a local lady who had hers done 20 YEARS ago - and still looks like it was freshly painted - she also had outstanding comments about workmanship & the company. The installers Mick & Steven turned up 5 weeks later with everything they needed - took less than 2 days to install on our 3 bedroom home. They were lovely friendly guys where nothing was an issue and all our needs were met - including framing up and covering some glasses panels and a window. Very professional installers who worked non stop and did an amazing job... Now to make the rest of our house look so great. Thanks Abbey Thermalboards!
