The Flue Pro

Writing this on behalf of my mother. She recently had her flue replaced and said the gentlemen were professional, polite, answered all her questions, and completed the job quickly to a high standard. What really prompted me to write this review was that while they were on the roof replacing the flue, they noticed several loose screws and took the time to fasten them for her. Exceptional customer service, gentlemen well done!

Fabulous service from people who knew what they were talking about. After 30 years and 2 previous wood heaters we have finally found someone who was willing to listen to us about being unable to light the fire in certain wind directions because the lounge fills with smoke. They have fixed the problem! The 3 guys who came to install our new heater were amazing. They were efficient, quick and left absolutely no mess. The whole job was done in an hour. Very happy.

Excellent service. Responded to my email inquiry quickly, came and cleaned and repaired our wood heater very quickly, very affordable and left the house very clean and tidy. Will certainly be using again.
