Tidypac

We used these guys for both our lawn mowing and bond clean, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very beginning, communication was seamless — they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and so easy to deal with. They truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the job, paying attention to even the smallest details and making sure everything was done to an outstanding standard. The lawns looked immaculate and the house looked absolutely amazing after the bond clean — better than we ever expected. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were more than accommodating with our requests. On top of the amazing service, their pricing was very fair and transparent, especially for the level of care and quality provided. Such a hardworking, professional, and genuinely lovely team. We couldn’t recommend Tidypac highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Top tier service always willing to try and meet deadlines with your satisfaction guaranteed. I used them for an end of lease cleaning and they came back imediatly for a picky property manager slotting me between other jobs to ensure the manager was satisfied and could meet her deadlines.

Lovely young men cleaned our house this week. There were areas that have not been cleaned for some time. The mould in our very high bathroom ceiling was removed. Very respectful and professional. Definitely recommend.
