This was my first time using The Carpet Guys, and I enlisted Matt to clean a bedroom carpet and a linen chair I’d picked up in vergeside pickup. Me and my housemate had been burned by another carpet cleaner previously, and I needed someone to actually do a semi-decent job. Being totally honest, I was ready to give a 5 star rating before Matt had even been to my property, due to how incredibly knowledgeable, educational, transparent and collaborative he was from the outset. The carpet came out great, and he was even generous enough to let me borrow his fan to help the carpet dry due to the tight deadline for someone moving in. There were a few delays in him finishing cleaning my chair but it wasn’t urgent and we both worked around each other’s schedules. The main reason for delays was the chair needed so much extra cleaning than expected, and he did it all until it was as clean as possible. Throughout the whole experience he was incredibly communicative, flexible, competent, knowledgeable about cleaning specifics, and went above and beyond! Impeccable service; carpet/upholstery cleaning never really comes up in my conversations, but if it does I will 100% recommend Matt from The Carpet Guys

Last time 5 years ago that I got my large rugs/carpet "cleaned" with big franchise it resulted in overpriced, my official complaint and typical fobbed off. With some trepidation I needed to do again. First point local community Facebook who many recommended Matt - so I was keen to use that as starting point. Made contact and spoke and texted - yes he asks a lot of details but I understood why from last time....he needs to know the size, condition, fabric, access etc so he can understand job and honestly quote and advise strategy/outcome. My advice - bear with him/that as in yours and his favour - the other guy who I also contacted this time I knew had underquoted, then stood me up on the day, and I knew if I had used him it would not have worked out. Matt quoted a fair price - did the due diligence and he takes pride in his work. No quick "male" vacuuming up and down once - no he goes over and over and ensures overlaps his runs. What I also specifically liked and could see the result off was that he used an double agitator machine first - which to the layman ensures the chemicals get properly spread. This made a huge difference - the only agitator last time 5 years ago was when the job outcome was still so poor and unclean!!! This time the job was amazing -15 year old light coloured carpets good for another 5 years. Highly recommend

Very Happy to recommend Matt from Carpet Bros. He takes pride in his work and strives to give the best result. He's knowledgeable in his trade and well priced. I wish we had more than one room for him to clean. Amazing results cleaning a cream coloured carpet after a grubby tenant left it in a mess. Thanks Matt! Edit : Was Very pleased to call on Matt again and this time we made him work harder with a big 6 bedroom house plus entry and hallway. Matt did another Outstanding job, bringing the charcoal coloured carpets up to the best condition we'd ever seen them in! Smelt beautiful and fresh afterwards. Again, Very happy to recommend Matt. Good value and nice honest operator.

After looking for a reliable carpet cleaner that produced before/after photos as well as videos of the work being done and discovering The Carpet Guys Perth we knew instantly the job was being done correctly as well as a very high standard of work. I contacted Matt for a quote and he contacted me back within less than a hour. We discussed the room measurements, the type of room as well as what type of clean was needed and Matt was able to give me a price for the services. Matt arrived on time and was very well mannered. He came into our home and was very professional. He was able to remove stains that had been there for over a year that was left by the previous tenant which was amazing after me trying for the past year which was a relief. The carpet looks brand new as well as smells amazing due to Matt’s knowledge and hard work. We would definitely recommend The Carpet Guys Perth to anyone the quality of work that was preformed is out standing thank you very much once again Matt.
