Precision Property Services

We hired this company recently for an end of lease clean on a house and the job was done incredibly well. Great communication, couldn't have went more smoothly. Definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

Recently had a end-of-lease clean by Precision Property Services. Two cleaners came out and did a great job of our bathrooms and kitchen. Would use Daniel and his team again. Thanks for making the process smooth!

I booked Precision Property Services for end of lease clean on a 5x3 house. Daniel & his team were very easy to communicate with and flexible when I needed to change dates. They did the carpets and full house clean. The final bond inspection was perfect and we were very happy. Would highly recommend.

By far the best price in Perth for vacate cleaning. As long as they stay competitive, we will absolutely be return customers. Cleaners showed up a little later than planned but did a very thorough job resulting in a full bond release to us. The cleaners accepted cash to complete the inside of all windows as they weren't included but all up, satisfied with the service.

they did a fantastic job, everything was thoroughly cleaned to a high standard. Communication was fantastic, I cannot fault a thing! & the price was affordable considering how good of a job was done. moving house can be such a stressful time, so having these guys do such a good job at for the end of lease clean made the whole process so much easier 😊 the real estate were pleased with how clean the house was left, and for that 5/5 stars is a no brainer. thanks guys!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot thank this company enough 😁 Daniel and his team are so professional and easy to work with.. communication is spectacular! I came across precision on Australia Day and contacted the number not expecting a reply till atleast Tuesday but Daniel replied within minutes and I explained my moving situation including I was going to be away at work.. I had some organising to do then I contacted again and boom they was straight on to it, planned, confirmed and helped with the fact nobody was home. Daniel himself went to the property and sent me pictures and I couldn’t be happier with what they done and even the little extra touches! I’m still away and have had so much weight taking off my shoulders thanks to this amazing crew at Precision Property Services Perth ❤️ the clean is spectacular I have saved the details for future possible moves and to recommend to others ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks guys
