Had the pleasure of using DS Carpet Cleaning for our vacate clean of a rental property. I was not the easiest of customers from the get go, with my extremely short notice of making the booking, to the inaccurate information I provided on how much carpet there was to be cleaned - David did not waiver from his consistently high level of professionalism and customer focussed approach. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, the results were phenomenal! The price was more than fair and reasonable also! I would highly recommend DS Carpet Cleaning for their services!

I recently hired DS Carpet Cleaning to deep clean all the carpets in my home, and I was very impressed with their service. They arrived exactly when they said they would, in a clean uniform and with professional demeanour. Right from the beginning, they took time to walk through each room with me, listening to my concerns and explaining their process. Their equipment was top-notch, and they treated each stain carefully before doing the deep clean. They worked efficiently but didn’t rush—moving furniture with care, protecting skirting boards, and ensuring corners and edges were cleaned thoroughly. The carpets came up looking refreshed: the colours looked more vibrant, and the texture felt soft and revitalised. DS Carpet Cleaning also left the place smelling fresh without that strong chemical odor you often get. They finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and even gave me good maintenance advice to keep the carpets looking great in between professional cleans. All in all, DS Carpet Cleaning delivered outstanding, professional service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone wanting reliable results and courteous, skilled cleaners.

An amazing clean by DS Carpet Cleaning! Our couches and carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 8 years and I was almost ready to buy a new couch as the marks on our light grey couch were unsightly but now it looks brand new!! And a brilliant job done on our velvet bed head and frame! Felt like I walked into a brand new home once the job was done. A beautiful fresh clean scent too. With a newborn baby I was worried about chemicals and strong smells but David assured me the products used were safe. Thank you David for your excellent quality service at a much better price than other cleaning services quoted me!!
