Excellent carpet cleaning service. They were able to come on short notice—just two days—and were professional from start to finish. Communication was clear, the process was explained upfront, and the quote was provided before any work began. Jono ran a little behind on the day, but he gave me plenty of notice and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. The results were fantastic; my carpets look and smell amazing. We were very impressed with Jono from the get go! We unfortunately had a slight emergency on our carpet, it was a sunday night, i sent him a photo and asked if he could help us. He rang straight away, we briefly chatted about the job and his communication and willingness to help us was amazing.
