Shaun did an amazing job on my carpets and couch as you can see from my before and after photos. I had previously tried to clean my couch myself with no luck so had just accepted the stains. I thought maybe Shaun could help a little bit but my couch actually looks new now! He had great communication. I gave him a call then he was able to quote me by text with photos. He booked me in for the next week and the day before gave me a 15 minute arrival window and he was on time. He was very friendly and polite. He was also very thorough and made sure I was happy with his work before he packed up and left. I was originally recommended to use Shaun from my friend (another happy customer). She showed me before and after photos and she was also shocked that Shaun was able to do such a good job at a reasonable price.
